This time we’re diving into two really useful basics:
🛠️ 10–11am – The M-Check
Learn a simple safety check you can do before a ride to spot issues early and keep your bike rolling smoothly.
🛠️ 11–12pm – Punctures & Inner Tubes
Never changed a tube before? Come and watch, have a go, and leave feeling more confident. We’ll also chat about the spares worth carrying on a ride – because even if you don’t feel confident fixing a flat yourself, other cyclists can help if you’ve got the right kit.
(Confession: the first puncture I ever fixed was for a friend, after watching a YouTube video at the roadside… and it got us home! 💪)
